completely satisfied. Customer Service is our Number 1 Priority! We want your
shopping experience with us to be the best!
Before you place your order: Please take into consideration the cost and time involved in returning and exchanging items. Most items are returned because the pet was not measured. Measuring your pet is the only way you will know if the item will fit properly. Also, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our "Store Policies" on this page as it addresses many topics with regards to our shopping policy.
SECURITY
You can feel confident all information you enter is transmitted safely and
securely. Plus, we do not store credit card numbers or allow anyone else access to
those numbers.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
E-mail address is kept solely for shipping and tracking of your shipment. We do not
allow anyone else access to any of your information, period! We respect your privacy and will never share or sell any of your information. Our website contains links to other companies and third party service vendors and as such we suggest that you read their privacy policies.
CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED
Once an order has been placed through our secure checkout system, it cannot
be cancelled or changed. Please contact us immediately by email to advise us of the cancellation or change at (customerservices@barronshouseoftreasures.com)
if you wish to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. You will,
however, be responsible for the shipping charges for any order that has already
been shipped.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Barron's House of Treasures, LLC processes orders Monday through
Friday, excluding Holidays. Some orders are shipped directly by the designer or
manufacturer. Multiple item orders may be shipped in separate packages and
arrive at different times.
Orders are usually shipped within 2-7 working days with the exception of merchandise or items that are being designed for "Custom Sizing" or "Custom Made to Order" or sent by our designers which could add an additional 14 - 21 days to the processing time. Back ordered items may take a little longer. We will notify you if an item is on back order, and then you can let us know if you would like to continue with the order, make an alternative selection or process a refund!
Orders with incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments
resulting in an item being "returned to shipper" will be charged for shipping
fees.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If an item is received by the customer defective or damaged, you must contact

within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to promptly correct the problem!
USPS FIRST CLASS & PRIORITY MAIL
All of our merchandise is shipped by USPS FIRST CLASS OR PRIORITY MAIL, with the exception of Doggie Furniture and Doggie Beds which will be shipped by UPS GROUND. Delivery takes between 3 and 12 days at most, but sometimes there are Post Office & UPS delays that are beyond our control.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING CHARGES
(Within the U.S.) Base Shipping Fee: $5.00 for the first item. Additional
items: $2.00 per each. Example: Total Shipping cost for 3 items: $9.00. *PLEASE NOTE-There will be an additional $25.00 on "Kitty High Rise Units, $19.00 on "Doggie Furniture", $12.00 on "Fabulous Beds", and $10.00 on "Doggie Carriers" in Excess Shipping Charges due to weight that will not reflect upon checkout, but will be charged to your Credit Card upon Shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
(Outside the U.S.) Base Shipping fee: $13.00 for the first item. Additional
items: $3.00 per each. Example: Total Shipping cost for 3 items: $19.00. *PLEASE NOTE-There will be an additional $25.00 on"Kitty High Rise Units, $19.00 on "Doggie Furniture", $12.00 on "Fabulous Beds", and $10.00 on "Doggie Carriers" in Excess Shipping Charges due to weight that will not reflect upon checkout, but will be charged to your Credit Card upon Shipping.
PAYMENT METHODS
Barron's House of Treasures, LLC accepts VISA, MASTER CARD,
DISCOVER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAYPAL.
SALES TAX
Only California residents are charged a sales tax of 7.75%.
UNCLAIMED MERCHANDISE
If your order is returned to Barron's House of Treasures, LLC for
any reason, we will make every attempt to contact you immediately either by
telephone or email. Please make sure that your shipping information on your
order is correct. All orders re-shipped at your request will require an
additional re-shipping fee. Orders returned and not re-shipped will be refunded
to you less a 15% restocking fee.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns for EXCHANGES ONLY, up to 7 days from the date you
receive your order from us. EXCEPTION: Merchandise that is purchased from our "SIGNATURE COUTURE CLOTHING LINE", IS ONLY EXCHANGEABLE WHEN ORDERING FROM OUR STANDARD SIZES ONLY. IF YOU ORDER ANY MERCHANDISE FROM OUR WEBSITE - BOUTIQUE THAT OFFERS CUSTOM SIZING, OR THAT IS CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER, IT WILL NOT BE EXCHANGEABLE. THEREFORE, PLEASE MEASURE YOUR DOG AS ACCURATELY AS POSSSIBLE FOR THOSE CUSTOM SIZED ORDERS! IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, SIMPLY CONTACT US BY EMAIL AT (customerservices@barronshouseoftreasures.com) FOR ASSISTANCE. We do not accept returned clothing that has been soiled, or torn, or the tags have been removed. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns are subject to return shipping charges (U.S. currency) to the purchaser. Please allow extra time for your return to reach us and then be re-shipped to you! Your complete satisfaction with our merchandise is our goal.
IF YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE, SIMPLY CONTACT US BY EMAIL AT (customerservices@barronshouseoftreasures.com)
WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER AND REQUEST AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FOR THE EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED. YOU WILL THEN RECEIVE AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ALONG WITH INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING THE ORDER. PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. AFTER AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IS ISSUED WE MUST RECEIVE THE RETURN FOR EXCHANGE WITHIN
10 DAYS.
***For your protection, and after receiving an authorization number and instructions
from us, we recommend you send your return for exchange via UPS or Federal Express with
insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes to ensure its safe return to us
so that we may complete your request.
We regret that we cannot accept returns COD. We do not reimburse for returned items shipping
charges.
MERCHANDISE THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR AN EXCHANGE
Barron's House of Treasures, LLC will not accept returns on
merchandise for the following reasons:
- Merchandise that is sent back to us after 7 days from the date you received it.
- Merchandise that has been used or not in its original condition and packaging.
- Merchandise that offers "Custom Sizing" or that is "Custom Made to Order."
- Merchandise that has had the tags removed.
