Before you place your order: Please take into consideration the cost and time involved in returning and exchanging items. Most items are returned because the pet was not measured. Measuring your pet is the only way you will know if the item will fit properly. Also, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our "Store Policies" on this page as it addresses many topics with regards to our shopping policy.
EMAILS YOU RECEIVE FROM US
Our policy is upon receipt of an order to confirm the order via return email. We also email upon shipping your order with the tracking information.
Please make sure that you check you spam folder on your email account, as such that some email accounts place received emails automatically in their spam folder section and they go unnoticed and unread.
SECURITY
You can feel confident all information you enter is transmitted safely and
securely. Plus, we do not store credit card numbers or allow anyone else access to
those numbers.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
E-mail address is kept solely for shipping and tracking of your shipment. We do not
allow anyone else access to any of your information, period! We respect your privacy and will never share or sell any of your information. Our website contains links to other companies and third party service vendors and as such we suggest that you read their privacy policies.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
This Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Agreement") constitutes a binding legal contract between you and Barrons House of Treasures, LLC, the owner and operator of the barronshouseoftreasures.com - barronstreasures.com website (the "Website"). By ordering any product or service via the Website, you signify your acceptance of this Agreement, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time. Changes to this Agreement will be effective when posted.
Product prices, availability, shipping/delivery costs, types of shipping method, and terms and conditions of sale, are subject to change without advance notice. Barron’s House of Treasures, LLC is not responsible for typographical errors.
Pricing: In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Barron’s House of Treasures, LLC shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is priced incorrectly, Barron’s House of Treasures, LLC may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED
Once an order has been placed through our secure checkout system, it cannot
be cancelled or changed. Please contact us immediately by email to advise us of the cancellation or change at
(customerservices@barronstreasures.com)
if you wish to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. You will,
however, be responsible for the shipping charges for any order that has already
been shipped.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Barron's House of Treasures, LLC processes orders Monday through
Friday, excluding Holidays. Some orders are shipped directly by the designer or
manufacturer. Multiple item orders may be shipped in separate packages and
arrive at different times.
Orders are usually shipped within 7-10 working days with the exception of merchandise or items that are being designed for "Custom Sizing" or "Custom Made to Order" or sent by our Designers, who are located throughout the World, which could add an additional 14 - 30 days to the processing time. Back ordered items may take a little longer. We will notify you if an item is on back order, and then you can let us know if you would like to continue with the order, make an alternative selection or process a cancellation of the order! We reserve the right to cancel any order if it warrants cancellation due to time constraints or any other reason that Barron's House Of Treasures, LLC feels appropriate.
Orders with incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments
resulting in an item being "returned to shipper" will be charged for shipping
fees.
UNCLAIMED MERCHANDISE
If your order is returned to
Barron's House of Treasures, LLC for
any reason, we will make every attempt to contact you immediately either by
telephone or email. Please make sure that your shipping information on your
order is correct. All orders re-shipped at your request will require an
additional re-shipping fee.
Unclaimed Orders returned and not re-shipped will be available for exchange to you less a 10% restocking fee. Unclaimed Orders returned outside of our 7 day exchange policy, will not be availble for exchange and only will be eligble for a Store Credit less 10% restocking Fee.
RESTOCKING FEES
Except for damaged merchandise, in the event that any merchandise is returned due to customer's error, such as wrong sizing or other issues, we reserve the right, and at our discretion, to charge a ten-percent 10% restocking fee on any returned merchandise!
DAMAGED, MISSING FROM ORDER OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If an item is received by the customer defective, missing from the order or damaged, you must contact
Barron's House of Treasures, LLC by email at:

within 48 hours of delivery so that we may contact UPS or USPS, whichever was the carrier on the order, to open a claim for loss or damage. It is important for claim purposes that all packaging and shipping materials be retained, as a call tag will be issued as a part of the claim process.
USPS FIRST CLASS & PRIORITY MAIL
All of our merchandise is shipped by USPS FIRST CLASS, PRIORITY MAIL, or UPS with the exception of Doggie Furniture and Doggie Beds which will be shipped by UPS GROUND. Delivery takes between 3 and 12 days at most, but sometimes there are Post Office & UPS delays that are beyond our control.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING CHARGES
(Within the U.S.) Base Shipping Fee: $5.00 for the first item. Additional
items: $2.00 per each. Example: Total Shipping cost for 3 items: $9.00.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
(Outside the U.S.) Base Shipping fee: $13.00 for the first item. Additional
items: $3.00 per each. SALES TAX
Only Florida residents are charged a sales tax of 6.00% (plus County Discretionary Tax if applicable to their residence address.)
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns for EXCHANGES ONLY, up to 7 days from the date that you receive your order from us. EXCEPTION: Merchandise that is purchased from our "SIGNATURE COUTURE CLOTHING LINE", IS ONLY EXCHANGEABLE WHEN ORDERING FROM OUR STANDARD SIZES ONLY. IF YOU ORDER ANY MERCHANDISE FROM OUR WEBSITE - BOUTIQUE THAT OFFERS CUSTOM SIZING, OR THAT IS CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER, IT WILL NOT BE EXCHANGEABLE. ALSO, ANY MERCHANDISE THAT IS PURCHASED FROM OUR "LAST CALL CLEARANCE" IS NOT EXCHANGEABLE. THEREFORE, PLEASE MEASURE YOUR DOG AS ACCURATELY AS POSSIBLE FOR THOSE CUSTOM SIZED ORDERS! We do not accept returned clothing that has been soiled, or torn, or the tags have been removed. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Your complete satisfaction with our merchandise is our goal.

YOU WILL THEN RECEIVE AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ALONG WITH INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING THE ORDER. PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. AFTER AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IS ISSUED WE MUST RECEIVE THE RETURN FOR EXCHANGE WITHIN
10 DAYS.
***For your protection, and after receiving an authorization number and instructions
from us, we recommend you send your return for exchange via UPS or Federal Express with
insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes to ensure its safe return to us
so that we may complete your request.
We regret that we cannot accept returns COD. We do not reimburse for returned items shipping
charges.
MERCHANDISE THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR AN EXCHANGE

merchandise for the following reasons:
- Merchandise that is sent back to us after 7 days from the date you received it.
- Merchandise that has been used or not in its original condition and packaging.
- Merchandise that offers "Custom Sizing" or that is "Custom Made to Order."
- Merchandise from our "LAST CALL CLEARANCE."
- Merchandise that has had the tags removed.
